On Tuesday, June 5, 2018 the students Intake 36 had a vocal lesson. It aims to get past the students’ fear and build confidence, as singing in front of a crowd can be scary. Moreover, another thing the students will get better tone, power, and sustain if they breathe deeply. The students learn breathing exercises and just like posture, those techniques will become a habit and the students will find themselves breathing deeper even when they are not singing. Deep breathing is scientifically proven to improve our mood, relieve stress, and increases mental alertness, concentration, and memory as the brain and other organs get more oxygen.
