Bali WISE Basic Education Class | Intake 41 – Week 4 | Food & Beverage Product | Wed, 31st July 2019 – Teacher: Ms. Dee

Students had Food and Beverage Product class. The class was held at Zero Waste to Ocean – Community Environment & Skills Center. Students experience a whole new level of participation with hands on experience in the kitchen department activities. They learned about cutting method and types of cutting vegetables. The skills taught by Ms. Dee is to enrich our student skills for their vocational training at 5 stars hotel. Our students have good understanding of the kitchen department in a hotel. Their lesson included the practical experience of using different type of utensil and cutting technique. Students is very excited to get to know more about this subject. Hopefully, these practices will provide great foundation for their future job prospect.
