Ni Kadek Novi Krisnayanti, 18 years old. She comes from Subagan, Amlapura, Karangasem, Bali. She has two sisters. Her father is a truck driver which makes under Rp. 1.000.000,- a month and her mother is a housewife. She didn’t go to the university because her parents can’t afford it. She really wants visit tourism school, but then she decided to join Bali WISE program because she wants to develop her knowledge and skills about tourism. So after she finished the program she can be working in a cruise ship. The biggest motivation for her are her parents because she really wants to make them proud of her. She has the desire to fulfillher dream working in a cruise ship.
