Intan is from Singaraja, Bali. She is the first child of 2 siblings. When she is in elementary school her father passed away. Her mother sell Gantusan, the price of Gantusan is IDR 20,000.00/1000 pieces. Her mother also sells hand made peselan with revenue around IDR 500,000.00 a month. If Intan on long holidays from school, Intan works as a daily workers at the local Supermarket, to buy school supplies such as shoes, and other necessities. When the clove season arrives, Intan works at the clove garden merchant to separate the clove fruit and stalks; her wage was IDR 1,500 / kg. Every time she comes home from school, she helped her mother and work as washer for his aunt for IDR 10,000 thousand / bucket. Luckily, Intan got a scholarship from the government and she also gets a motorcycle from her uncle in order to get to school. Intan joins Bali WISE in order to work at a 5 stars Hotel as a Chef and immediately help her mother to improve her family’s economy.
