Over the years, Bali WISE has succesfully assisted young Indonesian women with their journey into the hospitality industry by providing a pathway to full time employment.
Yearly, 100 young Indonesian women enroll the program (avg).
96% of the students finished their training.
And found a job (81% within 1 month after graduation).
They work now in various hospitality areas.
And they earn Rp. 2,189,219 per month (avg).
Of which 51% of the salary is sent to their families.
