Job description:
- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
- Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Hire or refer qualified candidates for jobs or Bali WISE program
- Conduct new employee and students orientations
- Process paperwork
Qualifications:
- At least one year experience in the related field
- Decent English (verbal and written)
- D3 minimum
Fundraising Staff
Work location: Nusa Dua, Bali

- Proficient verbal and written English
- Understand youth development
- Proven expertise in fundraising
- Has capacities/skills/knowledge needed for fundraising
