As part of Credit Suisse’s CSR program, Bali WISE received the opportunity to be given three-day training from Credit Suisse volunteers from 30 May to 1 June 2019. The agenda of the pro bono visit was set up by Bali WISE.
During the visit, the Credit Suisse volunteers enlightened the Bali WISE staff and students on financial and career tips and shared encouraging feedback on how to improve Bali WISE. During the session, The Credit Suisse staff had the opportunity to sit with the Bali WISE students in small groups. Through small group interactions, the Credit Suisse staff were able to educate them better how to manage their finances. Credit Suisse volunteers shared tips on how to avoid unnecessary expenses, and also shared their knowledge about various types of savings, types of bank, and its function. These knowledge are beneficial for our students in the future. We hope through this session, BaliWISE students have a better understanding of how to manage their finances and essential of saving. Furthermore, the Credit Suisse team also shared their career paths and achievements. Sessions with Credit Suisse inspires students never to stop learning in pursuit of their dream career.
