
To ease the transition for new students, orientation provides the necessary introductions. This process helps individuals get comfortable and familiar with their new surroundings. Therefore, On October 2, 2025, Bali WISE welcomed the new students of intake 63 to the program, where twenty six of the students came from many parts of Indonesia that includes; Bali, Java, East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, Sumatera, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Papua all gathered at Bali WISE campus, Ready to start their new journey here at Bali WISE. The place where they will gain quality education and skills training for six-months.
Getting to Know R.O.L.E. Foundation, Bali WISE, and ZeroWaste Center
The orientation began with an overview of R.O.L.E. Foundation and its two main programs Bali WISE and ZeroWaste Center and an introduction to the staff. This informational session covered the Bali WISE anthem, campus/dormitory rules, and a detailed breakdown of the Hospitality and Digital Marketing programs. The students were then taken to the ZeroWaste Center for a team-building session. During the outdoor activity in Zerowaste Centre, the students would be challenged to complete some challenges, in dealing with this, they were divided into some groups. The goal of these activities was to encourage the students to tackle their nervousness, build their trust and develop their teamwork skills.
Celebrating Team Spirit and Individual Excellence

Ending the orientation on a high note with an announcement of the winning group that earned the highest points collected throughout the game and that group was won by the blue group and the most active participant throughout the orientation was won by Vionita. Bali WISE is eagerly anticipating the success these students will find during their six-month training program.
