On March 3, 2026, 20 students from Bali WISE Intake 64 took part in an insightful field trip at the Radisson Blu Resort, Bali Uluwatu. The visit began with a warm welcome, creating excitement among the students as they prepared to explore the hospitality industry in a luxury resort environment.

The session started with an introduction to the resort’s background, delivered by Mrs. Maria, the People and Culture Manager at Radisson Blu Resort Bali Uluwatu. She shared valuable information about the brand, its standards, and how the hotel operates, giving students a clearer understanding of what it takes to work in an international hospitality setting.

Hands-On Demonstrations from Key Departments

Students then observed interactive demonstrations from key departments. The Head of Housekeeping presented professional bed-making techniques along with creative towel art, showcasing attention to detail and presentation. At the same time, the barista team demonstrated how to prepare two of the resort’s most popular cocktails, offering insight into beverage service and guest experience.
