Empowering children and young women carries an immense responsibility. True empowerment requires fairness, dignity, and a steadfast commitment to their well being. To uphold these values, an organization must establish clear policies that safeguard every student under its care. This commitment lies at the heart of the mission at Bali WISE and the R.O.L.E. Foundation.

Children and Young Woman Protection Policy

On September 9, 2026, teachers and staff members gathered at the Bali WISE campus to review the Children and Young Woman Protection Policy. Executive Director Ms. Fena and Chief Operating Officer Mr. Rama opened the meeting and led a presentation outlining the core principles of student safety. They defined age categories for children and young women while establishing standards that bind all staff, interns, teachers, partners, and donors.

The presentation covered key areas such as the code of conduct, proper handling of sensitive student information, reporting procedures, and explicit guidelines on acceptable and prohibited behavior. Following the presentation, team members asked questions and shared past experiences to better understand how the policy applies to their daily work. To close the session, every staff member and teacher thoroughly read and signed the policy document, demonstrating their dedicated commitment to protecting young women.

Regular Evaluation and Commitment

Bali WISE hosts this annual meeting to ensure that our protection standards remain current and effective. By conducting regular evaluations, we actively maintain a secure environment where every student can thrive. We empower our staff, teachers, and partners to serve as active champions of student safety and welfare, constantly renewing our promise to safeguard the young women of Bali WISE.
