On May 29th, 2025, students from Bali WISE Intake 61 had the remarkable opportunity to visit Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts, one of the most luxurious properties within the Hilton Group. The visit was warmly hosted by Mr. Arnold Imanuel A. Pallo, Learning & Development Manager at Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts—who facilitated a memorable and educational experience for the students.

The workshop began with a comprehensive introduction to the operations and service standards of Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Arnold shared valuable insights into the daily workings of a five-star hotel and the core principles that define luxury hospitality within the LXR brand. To further enrich the students’ understanding, Mr. Arnold led them on an exclusive tour around the resort. This gave the students first hand exposure to various departments and operational areas, helping them visualize what it means to work in a high-end hospitality environment.
