On the 7th of January 2022, our students had the opportunity to visit Cuca Restaurant to learn about their professional restaurant management and excellent service.
Food and Beverage Class in Bali WISE
In their first three months, the Hospitality and Life Skills students have the Food and Beverage class where they learn about the production as well as how to serve and present them, taught by professional and skillful teachers.
For a more comprehensive understanding, the teachers frequently organize the practical session for Food and Beverage class in Bali WISE campus. To complete this lesson, a visit to a professional restaurant will help the students to grasp the concept of professional Food and Beverage management.
A Restaurant Visit for Intake 48
To provide the students with basic knowledge of how a professional hospitality industry runs their businesses, we organize one visit for each intake to a restaurant or hotel partner. Cuca Restaurant was our first hospitality business visit for this year.
During their visit, the students learned the inspiring history of how the owners built Cuca Restaurant from the ground up. Not only sharing inspiring stories, but the Cuca team also provided the students with the information of the restaurant concept and menu, a visit to their professional open kitchen, and how Cuca staff work in daily operations. At the end of the visit, the students showed their appreciation and gratitude to the Cuca Restaurant team, as well as their interest in working in the Food and Beverage Department.
Cuca Restaurant is a celebrated foodie destination located in Jimbaran, Bali, and highly recommended by Michelin travel guide, so it is an honor to be invited to their site and have the opportunity to look around to see how they run their business.
