Bali WISE Basic Class | Intake 41 – Week 12 | Bar Class | Thu, 26th Sept 2019 | Basic Students | Teacher: Mr. Fajar
As part of their curriculum, students had a bar practicum exam. Students have been studying bar and bartending for three months. Practicum exams provided to measure the knowledge and skills about how to make the most common beverages.
Each student had to make one of the beverages. They were given 3 minutes to prepare and mix beverages. Students should be able to manage the time because at the workplace they will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to customers.
Students were very enthusiastic and had proven their abilities. They have succeeded in making delicious drinks complete with the beautiful garnish.
