Bali WISE had a special visit from EMpower board member. They had an office tour of Bali WISE and took a look on the student activities. Besides, they also visited Bali WISE students’ dormitory and the classroom. The member also had the Exchange for Change session with Bali WISE basic students. It was really important to basic students because they are currently participating in the 3-months in-house training, which is the first part of the training program in Bali WISE. The session provided the students new insights about the challenges that they will face in the training phase. The Empower board member shared their experiences in encountering their personal and professional life and how they overcome their career struggles.

At the end of the visit, there was wrap up session between EMpower board member and R.O.L.E and Bali WISE staffs. They shared each other’s feedback about future planning and conception.
