On 12th June, 2025, Bali WISE conducted a beauty class workshop in collaboration with L’Oréal for the students of Intake 61. The beauty class workshop was done as it is an important workshop to help them gain product knowledge, learn new techniques and self grooming, and boost confidence to represent themselves for work settings properly. Held just a few weeks before the students began their 3-months training with Bali WISE’s education partners, the timing was perfect. The workshop aimed to help students build confidence and understand the importance of grooming and self-presentation as they prepare to enter a real workplace.

Step-by-Step to a Confident Look

The session began with the basics, where students first learned how to identify their own skin types, this is an essential step before applying any skincare or makeup. They were guided through the correct steps of a daily skincare routine, including cleansing, toning, moisturizing, and applying sunscreen. With that, the workshop moved into the makeup application, where they learned how to create a simple and natural look that is suitable for work settings.
