On July 24th, 2025, Bali WISE welcomed IHG Hotels & Resorts for an inspiring hospitality workshop aimed at introducing Intake 62 students to the world of hospitality. Leading the session was Mr. Anjiska, Learning & Development Executive at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Nusa Dua, who shared his professional journey and achievements at such a young age. His humility and success story resonated deeply with the students, offering a real-life example of what dedication and passion in the hospitality industry can lead to.

Alongside Mr. Anjiska were two other speakers from IHG Hotels & Resorts: Ms. Suwiti, who delivered a heartfelt story about her personal growth and journey to her current role, and Mr. Gede, who spoke about the importance of building a strong foundation within oneself. Their diverse experiences opened the minds of the students, helping them see that a future in hospitality is not only possible but also filled with meaningful opportunities. The workshop encouraged students to reflect on their own paths and the steps they can take to grow professionally and personally.

To further support the students’ learning journey, Mr. Anjiska introduced an online learning space available on their website, giving students the opportunity to explore the hospitality industry in greater depth. The session concluded with a Q&A segment, where students eagerly asked questions and connected directly with the guest speakers. As a fun finale, three lucky students received a small token of appreciation: an adorable IHG mascot plushie, leaving the room filled with excitement and gratitude.
