As many Bali WISE students come from remote areas with limited access to healthcare, first aid training is an essential workshop in the program. On December 11, 2025, Bali WISE held an important First Aid Training session for Intake 63, in collaboration with First Medic. The training was facilitated by dr. Darwin, a trusted and experienced partner in delivering essential medical education. A total of 27 students took part in this hands-on workshop, which plays a key role in equipping young women with practical, life-saving skills they may need in both their personal and professional lives.

Equipping Students with Practical Emergency Preparedness

During the training, students learned how to properly perform CPR, correctly use an AED, and respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations such as choking or breathing difficulties. These critical skills can make a life-saving difference in emergency situations. The session was not only limited to theoretical understanding, but the students were challenged to role play in dealing with emergencies. Through this training, Bali WISE continues its commitment to preparing students with essential knowledge before they graduate.

Prepared, Confident, and Ready to Act

Bali WISE would like to express its sincere appreciation to dr. Darwin and the First Medic team for their ongoing support and dedication in delivering these valuable training sessions. Their continued efforts greatly contribute to empowering our students with practical skills, increasing their confidence, safety awareness, and ability to assist others in emergencies.
