Mouth watering dishes like cake and pastry are always tempting to take a bite. What if you can make your own mouth watering dish? Our students in Bali WISE can make their own sugar-powdered doughnut in their previous pastry practical session.
Culinary Class in Bali WISE
For their first three months, the Hospitality and Life Skills students received numerous training classes to enhance their readiness working in the hospitality industry. These classes range from most of the departments operated in a hotel and Pastry and Bakery as one of the culinary sections that is not to be missed.
With professional practitioners and teachers, the Culinary class in Bali WISE taught students about knowledge from the scratch to be a great chef in the future.
Pastry & Bakery Practical Session
To enhance this class, teachers regularly conducted practical sessions. Last week, the practical session was about making a doughnut. Students were taught to bake a simple dough, then shape a hole in the middle and sprinkle sugar powder on the top of it.
Their sugar-powdered doughnuts were delicious. The students were happy to learn and practice their hands-on skill set in the kitchen. This practical session is a step closer in the student’s journey towards a hospitality job in the near future.
