On November 3rd, 2025, the students of Intake 63 took part in a disaster preparedness workshop. Given that the Bali WISE campus is located in Nusa Dua, an area near the coast and therefore more vulnerable to natural disasters, this session was organized to equip students with essential knowledge and practical skills to protect themselves in emergency situations.
Learning to Lead in Crisis

The workshop was led by Ms. Tya, the HR Manager of Bali WISE. She discussed important topics such as the causes of earthquakes and tsunamis, how to recognize early warning signs, evacuation procedures, and what to include in an emergency kit. Students also participated in evacuation drills and role-playing exercises, where they practiced leading others to safety calmly and efficiently. These interactive activities ensured that students were not only informed but also mentally and physically prepared to respond effectively in real-life emergencies, both on campus and during their upcoming internships.
Resilient and Ready

This training significantly strengthened the students’ readiness before beginning their three-month internships. Beyond boosting their individual confidence, it fostered teamwork and a sense of responsibility in crisis situations. Through programs like this, Bali WISE continues to demonstrate its commitment to developing confident, capable, and resilient young women who are prepared to handle both professional challenges and real-world emergencies.
