A Warm Welcome to Paradise School

Bartenders are skilled professionals, who are trained in mixology, spirits knowledge, hospitality, and service. Bartenders don’t just mix drinks–They charm the crowd, and turn every pour into a performance. This profession is aligned with Bali WISE’s course, connected through Hospitality and service. On May 14th, 2025 the students of intake 61 attended this bartending and mixology workshop by Paradise School, focusing on Bartendending, Barista, and Juggling courses. All of the recipe, tools, equipment, garnish, and spirits needed for this workshop are provided by Paradise School.

Shake it up!

Starting the workshop with a short introduction of Paradise School led by Mr. Oming and his team. The lesson kicked off with the history of Bar and Bartender, Mr. Oming explained about a wide range of beverages, that include non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages. A few students of Intake 61 had the chance to make their own Mojito and Cosmopolitan cocktails, demonstrated and guided by Mr. Oming and his team. Intake 61 even had the chance to taste the cocktails their classmates made. Closing off the lesson with a fun Q & A session, which were won by Bunga and Renava, who were given Paradise School’s merchandise and a Certificate of Completion for every student who attended the workshop.

This hands-on experience is a new insight for Bali WISE students, gaining new practical, theoretical knowledge ,and skills. Inspiring them in the hospitality industry.
