Shinstya K., HR Manager, introducing intake 61 Bali WISE students’ about ‘Who Am I?’ workshop.
On May 22, 2025, Bali WISE conducted a self-discovery workshop for Intake 61 students to help them better understand themselves. Taking place in the ZeroWaste Centre, this workshop was led by Ms. Tya. In which Ms. Tya encouraged the students to explore who they truly are, both as individuals and as part of a group. Ms. Tya began by introducing the Johari Window method. It’s a method designed to help people gain deeper insight into themselves and their relationships with others. The Johari Window consists of four quadrants that the students were asked to fill out about themselves and their classmates. Through this exercise, they were able to learn more about themselves and each other.
New Perspectives, Stronger Connections
As part of the workshop, students wrote positive traits about one another and then reviewed them together as a group. During this activity, many students were astonished to discover strengths and qualities that their classmates saw in them, traits they hadn’t even recognized in themselves. The session brought an unseen potential and encouraged a new sense of appreciation among the group.
“This is a very important step to help them be more prepared before entering real-world training and stepping into their future. We hope they will become strong, independent, confident, positive, and better individuals,” said Ms. Tya, Bali WISE HR Manager.
A Step Toward Confidence and Clarity

This workshop not only encouraged personal growth, but also strengthened the bond among students. It helped them realize that being open, reflective, and supportive of each other can create a more empowering and uplifting environment. As they move forward in their journey, the insights gained from the “Who Am I?” workshop will continue to guide them—both personally and professionally.
“From this workshop I learned how to better understand myself, how to know deeper about myself up until this point, and how everyone sees me. I’ve become proud and grateful from what I’ve been through all this time, and thanks to Ms. Tya for this workshop, it made me aware of my own strength and the never ending possibilities that are waiting for me in the future.” said Yuni, Bali WISE Intake 61 Student.
