As the ultimate face of any hotel or resort, the Front Office department plays a vital role in sustaining a successful hospitality business. Receptionists sit directly at the center of this experience, serving as the primary point of contact for every arriving guest. To prepare our students for this high-stakes responsibility, Bali WISE conducts regular training sessions where students learn and actively execute standard hotel procedures required of a professional receptionist.
Translating Classroom Theory into Real-World Hospitality

Under the guidance of Mr. Marbun during their Front Office class, the students of Bali WISE Intake 66 stepped into the role of hotel receptionists. Working in pairs within the campus mock front office area, each student took turns mastering the complete guest check-in cycle. The practical exercise began with warm greetings and inquiring about guest needs, followed by guiding guests through identity verification forms and handling payment processing smoothly. The simulation concluded with detailed explanations of room amenities, presenting the welcome envelope, and coordinating with the porter to assist guests with their luggage.
Empowering Young Women Through Experiential Learning

By pairing foundational knowledge with constant practical application, our students continuously refine their mindset, technical skills, and industry expertise. This immersive approach builds the confidence necessary to thrive in the competitive professional world. At Bali WISE, we remain dedicated to elevating the standard of education our students receive, ensuring these ambitious young women gain access to the opportunities and high-quality training they truly deserve.
