Cutting Techniques – Intake 42

Bali WISE Basic Class | Intake 42 – Week 3 | F&B Product Class |Wed, 23rd Oct Basic Students | Teacher: Ms. Dee

As part of their curriculum, students had Food and Beverage Product class. The class was held at Zero Waste to Ocean – Community Environment & Skills Center. Students experience a whole new level of participation with hands-on experience in the kitchen department activities. They learned about the cutting method and types of cutting vegetables. The skills taught by Ms. Dee to enrich our student skills to set for their vocational training at 5 stars hotel. Our students have a good understanding of the kitchen department in a hotel. Their lesson included the practical experience of using different utensils and cutting techniques. Our students are very excited to get to know more about this subject and memorize it. Hopefully, all of these practices will provide a great foundation for their future job prospects.
