Bali WISE Basic Class | Intake 41 – Week 5 | F&B Product Class | Wed, 7 Aug 2019 Vocational Students | Teacher : Ms. Dee

As part of their curriculum, Bali WISE Students had Food and Beverage Product class. The class was held at Zero Waste to Ocean – Community Environment & Skills Center. Students experience a whole new level of participation with hands-on experience in the kitchen department activities. Students were practicing on how to make doughnuts. This skill was taught by Ms. Dee, is to enrich student skills set to prepare them for their vocational training at 5 stars hotel. Students were not only learned how to bake, but they also learned how to select the freshest ingredients and how to preserve them. Students were excited to join the class because it gave them a better understanding of how to prepare the food. This class provides important learning for the students especially for those who wish to focus their career in F&B Production.
