The practice of Yoga started thousands of years ago, and now becomes a popular practice around the globe. It aims to bring harmony between body, mind, and environment, which, as a result, will improve physical and mental health. 

Yoga Class in ZeroWaste Center  

A week of learning can be exhausting. Once in a while, the students need to refrain from any strenuous activities in order to maintain their emotional health and refresh their physical state. An hour and a half session of Yoga class can be a healthy solution.

Having a Yoga class every Wednesday morning at the ZeroWaste center helps the students to balance their physical and emotional health, as well as helps them to find a moment of serenity amid their hustles. To date, they already learned the sun salutation, stretching exercise, meditation, and several basic Yoga poses.
