As part of their curriculum, Bali WISE students experience a whole new level of participation with hands-on experience in the kitchen department activities. This food and beverage class were held at Zero Waste to Oceans – Community Environment & Skills Center, students were learned on how to make Pasta. The skills taught by Ms. Dee to enrich our student skills to set for their vocational training at 5 stars hotel. Our students have a good understanding of the kitchen department in a hotel. Their lesson included the practical experience of combining pasta and the sauce. Students very enthusiastic to get to know more about this subject and not only learned how to make many kinds of pasta, but they also learned how to make pasta sauces and how to preserve them. Hopefully, all of these practices will provide a great foundation for their future job prospects.
