Keeping the Bali WISE campus and dormitory environment clean and tidy is one of the keys to ensuring the learning space remains safe, healthy, and vibrant. At Bali WISE, maintaining this standard is a shared responsibility embraced wholeheartedly by the students. On June 27th, 2026, Bali WISE staff alongside the enthusiastic students of Intake 65 joined forces for a campus-wide general cleaning. Together, they tackled every corner of the campus with a deep sense of responsibility, pride, and pleasure to ensure the facility remains a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

Division of Tasks for a Spotless Campus

To maximize efficiency, the students of Intake 65 were divided into different teams, with each group taking charge of a specific area. One team meticulously cleaned the classrooms, ensuring the spaces where students study their daily lessons were pristine and ready for learning. Another group focused on the dormitory rooms, transforming the living spaces into safe and comfortable areas for students to rest after a busy day. In the kitchen, a dedicated team scrubbed the surfaces where students prepare meals for themselves and their peers. Meanwhile, other teams focused on the toilets to ensure proper hygiene and sanitation, while the remaining students organized the evacuation room, the parking lot, and the front yard. Throughout the day, the students worked with a high level of responsibility, sharing lighthearted conversations as they cleaned. Once the tasks were completed, everyone looked at the sparkling results with an equal sense of pride.

The Deeper Meaning of the Quarterly Cleanup

The campus cleaning project at Bali WISE is a long-standing tradition held every three months. This meaningful activity is carried out by basic-level students who have just transitioned into vocational-level students. The primary purpose is to thoroughly maintain the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the campus and dormitory. Beyond maintenance, the project serves as an expression of gratitude for the facility that sheltered the students during the first three months, a place where foundational skills, discipline, and knowledge were built. Furthermore, the cleanup is an essential preparation to welcome the incoming intake of the next batch. This act symbolizes passing the mantle of responsibility from the previous intake to the next generation of students. Last but not least, the event fosters teamwork and collaboration. Through this activity, students learn to collaborate to protect what is used within the community. It instills accountability and a sense of ownership, encouraging students to care for an environment that has provided them with immense value. This is the enduring legacy that continues to be passed down from one intake to another.
