Bali WISE is proud to welcome a new batch of students for the July – December 2026 term. Intake 66 officially joins our community, marking the beginning of a transformative six-month journey in professional hospitality and digital marketing education. To celebrate the arrival of this fresh group, Bali WISE hosted an engaging and energizing Orientation Day on July 4, 2026. The milestone event was fully supported by the dedicated Bali WISE staff and an enthusiastic group of alumni volunteers, creating an inspiring atmosphere of unity right from day one.
From Program Frameworks to Interactive Play
The day kicked off with an energetic welcome from our moderator, instantly sparking enthusiasm across the entire room. The orientation officially began with an introduction to the Bali WISE staff, outlining their unique roles and responsibilities so the students know exactly who is here to support them. Following the team introduction, the students received a comprehensive overview of the program, alongside the vital rules and regulations designed to guide their success. Every detail was explained thoroughly, and the students were encouraged to ask questions, ensuring they feel confident and clear about the rules of their new environment.
With the foundational guidelines set, the energy shifted to pure excitement as the interactive game sessions began. Guided by our moderator and three enthusiastic alumni volunteers, the students dove into three distinct challenges designed to build community. First was the Bingo Challenge, which acted as the perfect individual icebreaker. Accompanied by upbeat music, students eagerly mingled, interviewed one another, and raced to fill their bingo sheets, boosting their confidence to interact with new faces. Next, the staff and volunteers demonstrated the rhythmic routine and catchy lyrics of the Frying Pan Game before splitting the students into four teams. Sitting in circles, the groups eagerly competed to maintain the rhythm, which served as a fun method to sharpen concentration, memory, and team communication. Finally, the energy peaked with Guess the Word, where the students split into two large groups for a high-energy guessing challenge. The tension and excitement filled the room as teams raced against the clock to describe and guess words, perfectly encouraging rapid problem-solving and collaboration. By the end of the games, the room was filled with joyous smiles and laughter shared equally among the students, staff, and volunteers alike.
An Inspiring Finale to a New Beginning
Following the energetic game sessions, the students were given time to rest and enjoy a well-deserved lunch. Once they had regained their energy from the morning activities, they headed to the nearby beach for a refreshing afternoon excursion. A wave of excitement filled the air as the students dressed in their best outfits, laughing and chatting happily with one another on the way. Upon arriving at the shore, they were given the freedom to stroll along the beach and explore the beautiful scenery under the supportive supervision of our dedicated staff and volunteers. It was a joyful scene as everyone captured the special moment through smiles, photos, and videos.
This vibrant welcoming tradition is held every three months for each incoming batch. Far from being a mere routine, it serves as a powerful milestone marking the beginning of a transformative journey for ambitious young women who dare to dream big. Through Orientation Day, Bali WISE aims to introduce these students to the very platform that will help elevate their futures, showing them exactly how, with whom, and in what kind of supportive environment they will grow. This special day also teaches them the value of personal independence while fostering the vital skills needed to socialize, uplift, and collaborate within a community focused on self-development. Ultimately, the experience nurtures a deep sense of shared responsibility and sisterhood among peers and staff from diverse regions, cultures, and backgrounds. Ending the day on such a sweet note serves as a gentle reminder to our students to always cherish their emotional well-being as they step forward to fulfill their duties and chase their highest aspirations.
