Bali WISE Basic Education Class | Intake 39 – Week 10 | Food & Beverage Product| Mon, Mar 11th 2019 -Teacher: Ms. Dee
As part of their curriculum, Bali WISE students experience a whole new level of participation with hands on experience in the kitchen department. On Monday, March 11th Intake 39 learned how to make Pasta. The skills taught by Ms. Dee to enrich our student skills, to set for their vocational training at 5 stars hotel. By being in F&B Product class, our students have a good understanding of the kitchen department in a hotel.
Their lesson included the practical experience of combining pasta and the sauce. Our students were very excited to get to know more about this subject and not only learned how to make many kinds of pasta, but they also learned how to make pasta sauces and how to preserve them. Hopefully all of these practices will provide a great foundation for their future job prospect.
