Front Office is one of the major departments in hotel operations. The front office takes a paramount role as the face of the hotel, the frontliners must be those who can give a good first impression and make that good impression memorable and lasting.
It is quite a hectic situation where the frontliner has to handle the guest while being precise on the administrative process of check-in and check-out all at the same time. Thanks to the advance of technology that makes the reservation a lot easier with its digital innovation which keeps being developed up until today.
Back in the old days, we would see the front desk full of paper where the frontliners were busy handwriting all the guests’ reservation details. Now, we see the front desk being digitized and with a tip of a finger, the reservation details can be completed in no time.

That digitized system and a tip-finger reservation are now deployed in the Bali WISE classroom! Providing hands-on and up-to-date learning tools to prepare Bali WISE students to compete better with others seeking employment in the hotel industry.
